We are first time home buyers and we hired Reliable Home Inspection & Thermal Imaging Inc. to come and inspect the home we wanted to buy, which is quite old (80+ years) with a newer addition added to it. We had a lot of concerns about what kind of problems we might find. Manjur conducted a very thorough inspection and was able to point out to us the major concerns, as well as some of the more minor issues. This gave us the confidence to work with the owners to have these issues resolved and to move forward with the purchase. He also provided us a detailed report that we can use as a reference to have the other issues addressed going forward.

Manjur is so thorough and detail oriented. We were trying to buy an old home for a long time and did 3 inspections with Manjur. He offers a pre-offer report which is less detailed and costs less. He is also really nice and will explain everything he sees. He takes so many pictures and emails them all to you, and his binder has tips for maintaining your home and basic costs for repairs/upgrades.

We had a great experience with Manjur, who went through our first home purchase very thoroughly, including with the moisture device and the thermal imaging. He taught us about how we could do the necessary upkeep. He caught several issues that were very hard to spot. It gave us a lot of confidence to make a decision.

Simply the best home inspection by far! I have used over 20 inspectors in 4 cities and two provinces! He is the best, honest, detailed and fairly priced. I got him to come back after I did a full rebuild to check up on my huge investment! Very glad I did! I thought I knew my house fully after the rebuild but he find something that needed attention! Home inspections are NOT just for buying a house!
