I have had taken Mr. Manjur's home inspection service more than three times in last five years. I found him very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and client focused in delivering his service. Manjuer did great job inspecting my home, I called him and it was almost 2 days before my 30 days Report, He is really great accepting to do the inspection even with no previous talk. When he came to my home he was direct to the point with his inspection, Organized and professional. I wasn't with the idea of having inspector as it's a new home and still early to find things but I was right when i took the decision to ask him coming for inspection, He found things i won't be able to find .. Manjur was very thorough in his inspection. For instance, when inspecting the utility area in the basement, he was moving the stored items to check for cracks and he found one that was very hard to find. He verified also that no moisture was there and suggested that it is not a major problem now but it should be fixed to avoid problems in the future.
Manjur also took his time to teach me various things in the house and he also recommended minor fixes that help in keeping the house in good shape.

Manjur is an incredible nice and reliable inspector, he is able to find major problems in your house thoroughly and is very patient to explain everything you need to know from submitting the complaint to how or what to do to fix the issue. He has surprised my builder every time in finding something major yet not obvious. He has saved me alot of troubles and avoiding issues for my house.
