I was initially quite skeptical going with Manjur considering the too-good-to-believe number of positive reviews (9.9/10 based on 160 reviews at the time of writing!). Not finding much information about outside of the homestars forum added to my hesitation... However, all my skpeticism was laid to rest once I saw Manjur at work. He is very thorough, detail oriented, does not take short-cuts during the inspection, and takes the time needed to explain the deficiencies and root cause for deficiencies. I especially liked that he sent us pictures WITH descriptions about the problem; we have had inspectors in the past that just send you hundreds of pictures making you wonder, "Am I supposed to be seeing something specific here????". His report is complete; we clarified on a few items and he took the time to update the report with the clarifications. Overall, we are extremely satisfied, and comfortably and readily recommend Manjur for any house inspections.

Manjur arrived early, and immediately started to review the exterior of the home. He demonstrates a very strong understanding of what to look for, and does so without worrying what various parties may HOPE to hear. Rather, he is objective. And very thorough.

He caught a few too many problems with our first anticipated property purchase, and we moved on. We hired Manjur again for our second consideration. He was again thorough, found some problems, but problems that seemed manageable. And most importantly, they were FOUND and detailed in his report. Now I can tackle them one by one after we move in.

Manjur is very thorough in his work and gives detail about each issue he finds. I got two inspections done from him and in each inspection he was very thorough. In my first inspection he saved me from buying a bad house which remained in the market for 5 months.

Showed up ahead of the appointment and started his inspection of the roof and the surroundings. Took a total of 236 pictures. Explained everything in detail about what needs to be fixed and estimate of how much it will cost.
