Mr Manjur helped me inspect the 400K property that I want to buy.

He showed up very early before the appointment date, climbed up to the roof and checked all the exterior very carefully even before I came. He had all the equipments needed to inspect a house, very carefully checked all the corners in the house. After he climbed up to the Attic, he found the evidence of the water damage, water leaked from the skylight, mold and stuff. Also he found out that the roof will have to be replaced within the next 2-3 years, whereas the agent of the seller tried to fool me that it will last for 7-10 years. He has saved me thousands on this deal to get a new roof and fixed the skylight.
I will definitely recommend Manjur for my friends and family if they need a home inspector.

Manjur of Reliable Home Inspection did a great job of inspecting my new home for the 30 day Tarion Report. He inspected all elements of the house, prepared the report, and took photos of all defects for me to submit. He found a number of issues I would not have known to look for, a few of which are quite significant (including a structural issue). I would recommend getting a home inspection for your 30 day Tarion Report even if your builder says you don't need one. You never know what the builder may have missed and Reliable Home Inspection did a great job at identifying those items.
