Manjur did three home inspections for me. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is very meticulous. He provides lots of photos with his report, explains everything you need to know about the house. I will recommend his services without hesitation.

I had a problem with this home inspector and the inspection which he did. He rectified the problem and came back on his own time and did another thorough inspection. He rectified the problem at his own cost which I did appreciate. Very honest and trustworthy home inspector that I recommend to anyone.

Professionnel, competent, efficient, Mr Mirza was very thorough in his assessment, using the thermal camera which made a world of difference and help us finding out that the house had sheltered mice in walls and attics. He showed up one hour before the appointment to carefully assess the house exterior and reviewed his findings with us when we arrived, after starting the assessment inside the house. He was direct and to the point, and prepared a very detailed report on site. A few hours after we received some 300 high definitions pictures by email, including thermal images, which were very helpful to us in assessing the renovation costs. We highly recommended this company.

Mr Manjur did a very thorough home inspection and write detailed report for my new built house and charged me reasonable fees. I'd recommend him to any one. He is very experienced and thorough. He found issues that I'd never be able to find on my own, example: attic insulation, roof etc . He saved me much more than the fees I paid to him.

Mr. Manjur is meticulously thorough. They aren't joking when they thermally image everything to find heat loss and potential leaks. He located poor insulation and even recommended me to insulation people to fix it.

Mr. Mirza was incredibly thorough with his stem-to-stern inspection of the mid-century modern house we were purchasing. He took time to walk us through potential concerns and his report outlined every aspect of the house, right down to the last detail. He climbed the roof for a physical and visual inspection and used both moisture sensors and thermal imaging to identify any potential issues with the structure, plumbing, electrical, cosmetic, etc.. His services were invaluable to us in being able to make an informed decision on the 45 year old house we were buying and I would use his services again without a doubt as part of our due diligence process when selecting a property for purchase.

Mr. Mirza performed our home inspection very thoroughly and professionally. He did not rush, took his time to do the inspection, let us know any issues he found and suggested possible solutions. He also suggested how we could reduce energy consumption and precautions that we should be taking during each season of the year even though that wasn't his duty.
