I found Manjur's home inspection company online and, let me confirm categorically that the high ratings and rave reviews are highly deserved. I had purchased a new condo downtown Ottawa and while I was searching for a comprehensive PDI checklist, I came across one "expert" site that actually recommended against hiring a home inspector for condos. Am I ever glad I ignored that advice - Manjur was personable, prompt and highly professional (having no issues with the fact I needed to do the PDI on a weekend) - he found literally dozens of deficiencies and construction oversights that the condo company's building inspector missed completely. Manjur e-mailed me his complete set of date-stamped photos the next day and his detailed written report the day after. I would very highly recommend Manjur to anyone looking to purchase a new house or condo.

He was very thorough, going floor by floor, and did not try to rush us. He answered all of our questions and honored our request to send us our home inspection report a few days in advance of when our 30 day Tarion report was due. Job well done! Mr. Manjur Mirza is a great home inspector! He was prompt, he even arrived earlier than us and was already setting up his equipment. He walked us through the entire house and the entire process. He took the time, did not rush through the process, and was very thorough. He even went up into the attic and highlighted insulation and possible mice issues. He also pointed out areas of concern that need immediate attention and other issues about the house and how to fix them. He also gave tips in the proper care and maintenance of the house. His thermal imaging equipment gave an inside look behind the walls. He also gave references/contacts for specific house concerns. Afterwards, he gave us a detailed report of his findings and a copy of the images he took during the inspection. He even continued to provide information and insights about the issues to help us negotiate with the seller. Top that with his friendliness and very professional behavior. Overall, a great experience with a great home inspector. Highly recommended!

Needing a home inspection quickly, we called Manjur given the reviews on HomeStars. Manjur immediately made time to accommodate us. Manjur arrived on time and was very good at pointing out deficiencies which saved us a lot of money and headache (enough so that we walked away from the first home). On our second attempt to find a home, we called Manjur again. This time it was a new build. Thinking there couldn't be much wrong, we were amazed at how many deficiencies he found. Fortunately the builder was able to address these issues satisfactorily. Manjur is a very professional home inspector and only tells you what you need to be worried about (he doesn't waste time by pointing out only the obvious). We hope we have found the home of our dreams, but if we do search again, we will definitely use Manjur.
