Neil was great. He was prompt with his quote and followed up with me to arrange a time that was convenient. He's very knowledgeable and made sure my best interests were served by answering all my questions and making suggestions that made sense. I would have no problems calling Nu Phase and Neil again.

Electrician was late and did not call. He made a large uneven hole in the drywall to install a vapour barrier box (which was not correct in an interior wall) and installed the unit in such a way as to make repair difficult. Plus he charged $20 for a $5 part. Put light switch back upside down. Very expensive for the 2 hours of work that was done. Would not use again and do not recommend.

Neil has managed to make sense and fix my downstairs up to code. Old house with a spiders nest of wiring. He was the only guy to get back to me without giving me a crazy estimate because "everything had to be replaced" Also upgraded my panel and installed great looking pot lights. A big thing coming from someone working on your house is when they can EXPLAIN what and why something needs to be done. Further more if you cant understand it he does an amazing job of explaining it to you. While carrying out the work it was on time, clean, and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone and he will definitely be the only guy doing my electrical.

Neil Sharma from Nu-Phase Electric was extremely efficient and friendly. He took the time to explain why the halogen light fitting kept burning out and replaced the part within minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

He was able to do this within one day of my contacting him; he called to confirm arrival time; arrived on time; explained the workings of the panel; performed a test and determined the source of the problem.
