One of the pendants was gradually getting longer(slipping through what should have been a small screw. The fixture was taken down and the pendants evened out and then replaced. Lesson: don't buy a cheap fixture! Neil was quick and efficient. Much appreciated.

My review is slightly bias as Neil has become a good friend and he has earned the "first right of refusal" for my projects that involve electrical work. Nevertheless, Neil continues to believe in leaving a completely satisfied client with each job. He still goes above and beyond my service expectations. I've caught him at my sites at 5 am and 10pm on separate occasions to help me meet my deadlines (I'm very specific on details and precise work). I appreciate his work ethics and I leave this review because I want Neil to succeed even further and more importantly the readers to feel confident that Neil cares...and will go to bat for you. I recently hired Neil to re-wire 2 bathrooms in my house. He gave a free, no-obligation quote, which I appreciated, and we agreed to the scope in writing before the work started. He was great at staying in touch with me by text while the work was happening, and finished on schedule and right around the estimate.

I found Neil easy to deal with, he was very familiar with city inspectors, and ensure everything passed inspection the first time. The thing I appreciated most about him was that he showed up precisely when he said he would on multiple occasions. I never had to wait around for him once.

He's the only electrician I've ever dealt with, so can't say if he's better/worse than anyone else, but he was right on budget and on schedule, and everything has passed inspection.

NuPhase was persistent and solved a electrical fault with an ingenious reroute of the power and saved the added expense of gyproc repair. Very pleased and feeling safer with a proper repair.

We completed a kitchen reno in Nov of 2013. Neil came out and explained all our options in detail outlining the work required, the cost etc. The work was completed on time and at the outlined cost. I had an issue with the old knob & tube wiring in my house, a few light fixtures and outlets in my front hallway had no power, yet other outlets on the same circuit still did have power. Neil from Nu Phase very patiently worked to narrow down the root cause of the problem, and came up a work-around that got the power up and running again. Price for the work was reasonable too.
