A couple of days before New Year my furnace wouldn't come on and found out I have a short. I called Nu-phase because they were at the top of HomeStars and Neil came out to help me find the short and repaired it. His price is fair and quality is top notch.

My baseboard heaters in the dinining room and living room were not working. Went online to find an electrician that was not going to break the bank.Neil came highly recommended so I called him and he dropped in on the way home.He looked at the breaker and knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in less than an hour. My electric baseboard heater stopped working, so I called Nu-Phase to help me figure out the problem. Neil found the problem quickly, and explained what needed to be done to fix it. He even came in on a Saturday to finish the job, as I was going on vacation the following week. The price is quite reasonable as well. A job well done!

Neil is terrific - very responsive and personal service. He has done a couple of jobs in our residence over the last few years and he is our electrician of choice.

We have used Neil for various electrical repairs, but he really came through for us when we needed an oven fuse block for our old fuse panel--this was a part that is no longer sold in any electrical or home improvement stores and we searched high and low trying to find one. Neil was able to locate one for us, and saved us more than $1000 which is what we would have had to spend if we had to replace the whole fuse panel. Neil is also great at troubleshooting electrical problems, like outlets that don't have any power, or changing out old ballasts on the long fluorescent tube light fixtures. We call upon him regularly and would highly recommend him.

Excellent, efficient, personable service. Called this guy on a weekend, although he wasn't able to come in, he answered his phone, told me he'd call me back--and did! We arranged an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, he was courteous, quick to assess, and above all likeable.
