A To Z Plumbing And Drain

I believe I woke Dimitri up very early this morning with a crisis call as I thought one of my pipes had frozen and burst, as water was leaking from four places in the basement. He came promptly, and quickly sized up the situation, which was not the water pipe but rather a problem with the line running from the fridge on the floor above. Though I will need to have my fridge repaired or purchase a new one, he came up with a quick and temporary solution that will allow me to use the water in our home, without worry of further water damage. He was courteous and explained the situation in a way that I could understand.
I would highly recommend him to others.

My main drain which was the old clay pipes kept on backing up and after having a few plumbers come out and just cleaning out the drain or provide unreasonable solutions I called Dmitry. He had all the tools, cameras, and knowledge to know exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it.

Tree roots kept clogging up the main drain and he offered a solution which wouldn't dig up my entire front yard. He also installed a backflow valve and 2 cleanouts (one in my basement and another right before the city drain).

Dmitry informed me of a city rebate that I am eligible for and helped me with filling out the forms and I got a healthy amount of my cost rebated.

In terms of the actual job, Dmitry and his team always arrived on time and left the site super clean which is not easy considering all the digging and dirt that was needed to install the valve in the basement.

I am extremely happy with Dmitry, the crew, the job, and the overall experience which I cant say the same about all the other plumbers I had come in.

Dimitry installed a backflow preventer for me. He was very professional and made the installation/city rebate very easy for me. He had a camera and traced out my existing drain pipe and provided an excellent description of how he was going to install the new back flow value. I am very happy with the overall installation and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking at having one of these installed.

Dimitry has always been courteous, efficient and "smart" about our needed repairs. I think we're lucky to have such a great Master Plumber as our go-to person. The quality of his work is always very high.

Good experience once again. Never need to wait, Dmitri and crew are always on time. Clean installation that required a bit of a creative thinking because of the position of the backwater valve. Dmitri was like surgeon, exploring where exactly drain pipe is and cutting precisely where needed. Paperwork was taken care of.
