Sunnybrook home hardware

I bought a Weber genesis bbq last week from them. They not only had the best price of anyone for the bbq, cover, delivery and assembly but the service they provided was so above and beyond I have ever received. When they delivered the bbq it would not fit through my condo balcony door. In the past with other companies, any issues were my problem, not with Sunnybrook Home Hardware. They took the time, over a couple of days, and figured out how to get it on my balcony and now I am a happy owner of a new bbq!! Throughout they were extremely understanding, helpful and more than accommodating. The owner, Malcolm, was particularly impressive and a perfect example of how an owner should run a business. The 2 men who delivered it, and unfortunately I only got Andrews name, were so very pleasant and took on the challenge with gusto! I more than highly recommend this store as this is not the first time I have had excellent customer service from this location (not to mention the best pricing!)

It seems everything I want at this home hardware is always found at the back of store. so strange. overall theres always lots of helpful staff. not alot of a alot but always worth a check in at this small business to see if they have what I want without having to trek into one of the huge stores.

We shopped around for weeks to find a natural gas bbq but we kept coming back to Sunnybrook home hardware. Their advice was great and, while they weren't the cheapest, provided for convenient delivery and setup and made sure we were satisfied throughout the purchase.
