I contacted ProWorks to have a new dishwasher installed in my kitchen. My old was wasn't working properly and Vlad replaced my old one with a new stainless steel one which I love. I called him up and he was very friendly on the phone and when he came to my house he was professional and clean and got the job done easily and at an affordable price. I definitely will recommend him to my family and friends.

Quick response, good customer service, beyond expectations. Very professional, tidy and experienced. Their representative Andrew was very thoughtful: we had a crack in our basement floor and he searched entire house to see if other problems existed. He knew what he was doing, detected the problem, showed and told us in detail everything. Got the job done just as he promised and stated on the contract. Would recommend.

Our family was suffering from an annoying problem with water every spring and every heavy rain. We checked out a few local businesses and settled on ProWorks. From beginning to end, they were very professional, described in detail the process and met the standards we set in the contract. It has been a few month now and I am finally writing a review because when I walk my dry basement and think of the days I spent wet-vacuuming the floor and the number of carpets we had to purchase I cant be more thankful to Proworks for the wonderful job they have done. After many prior attempts to have this problem eradicated I finally entrusted the job to Andrew from ProWorks. He actually took care of the problem. I was impressed. I stumbled across them on Google and I am so glad I did. The service was exceptional, friendly and on time. I highly recommend them.

I contacted ProWorks to repair my leaking toilet and have a look around my plumbing for anything dangerous. Since I was renovating my bathroom anyways, Andrew suggested I wait to fix the leak until the new toilet was put in. His honesty was much appreciated and he was very great to work with! I'm going to make it short and simple: my toilet pipe was backed up. I called proworks, they came and got the job done. I'd recommend them for 2 simple reasons: they are quick and professional.
