We could not have been more pleased with the pool and landscape work done for us by Classic Pools. Greg and his team were genuinely friendly and worked hard every day, getting the job done exactly on time and right on budget. Martine's landscaping design and planting choices are gorgeous. The pool and stone work are exceptional. Our backyard has been transformed and the kids can't wait for the pool to open again this spring (and neither can we)! This company replaced our front walkway, back terrace paving, steps, and a walkway through the garden.They came when Greg said they would come, did what they said they would do, and in the timeframe they said it would take. Their work was of good quality. Can't ask for much more.

From day one Greg and Dave were on site bright and early and the entire project was completed on time, 3 weeks from start to finish.
We love the waterfall feature, beautiful stonework and the lush gardens that were incorporated into the design (thanks for your help Martine in making the perfect choices). Greg was extremely helpful during the first few weeks after the pool was installed, responding immediately to questions we had. We decided to inquire about construction of a pool in the fall of 2011. Classic was the first to respond to our inquiry and we were able to arrange a meeting with them within 2 weeks to further discuss costs and timelines. We met with Martine and were impressed from the start with her professionalism and knowledge. After careful consideration, we hired Classic to start construction in the spring 2012. Our goal for this project was to be swimming by Victoria Day. To our surprise, we received a call in mid-March 2012 and the dry spring meant construction could start in the last week of that month. As scheduled, Greg and his crew arrived and worked for 2 weeks to completion. It was a couple of additional weeks before the liner arrived and was warm enough to install. As promised, our family was swimming by Victoria Day. Our friends, family and neighbours are all impressed with the pool design, quality of construction and professionalism provided by Greg and Martine. It was a great summer and would not hestitate to hire Classic Pools again or provide a reference to others looking for pool and/or landscaping construction. Thanks for a great experience!

We just had our pool completed by Greg and his crew and we can't believe how beautiful it turned out! Our heartfelt gratitude to Greg, Dave, Martine and the rest of the team at Classic Pools for the amazing work they did for us. From start to finish, they were honest, knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Once they started our project, they didn't leave the job until it was completely finished. We have never met such hard working group of people; they've also impressed our neighbours who have watched them transform our backyard to an oasis. We have received many many compliments on our pool and landscaping and on the quality of work that was done. There were so many times during this project when we expressed how fortunate we were to have partnered with such a great team. We would never hesitate to recommend them to others.

It was the summer of 2002 and we decided to have a pool installed, we knew nothing about the process other than it had to be a salt water system and were just sitting there with an open cheque book and received 3 quotes. We had to beg the first company to come and look at our yard and then sit back when they gave us nothing but negative feed back with regards to the grade of our property and how much it was going to cost. The second company refused to install a salt water pool as they had not been proven to be effective (even though we had enjoyed one in Florida for the past 7 years) they said NO WARRANTY at all, OH and they were the most expensive! The third company seemed to be the most accommodating but I still felt uneasy and we had to make our decision quickly.

A good friend of ours was telling a co-worker about our situation and that co-worker suggested that we contact the good folks at Classic Pools as they had installed their pool 5 years earlier. They loved dealing with them and the pool had been installed promptly and had been problem free for the past 5 years.

I remember it like it was yesterday. I called early morning and my message was returned within an hour by Martine, I told her that I did not want to waste any of her time and gave her the run down on what we were planning and deciding. She said that it would not be a waste of her time and went to our house that afternoon and had a look, after sizing up our property she then came to my office with a hand drawn diagram of what she felt would work. I liked what I saw and said that I would need 24 hours to think about it. I went home that night to find Greg in my back yard measuring and looking around. He spoke to me like a friend and did not try to sell anything, he said that it would not be like work but would be like playing in my yard and making a masterpiece.

The next night both Martine and Greg arrived at our house with their proposal and quote. It was then that I asked Greg how long he and his team were going to disrupt our lives not to mention our Dog Archie and he said 3 weeks, I asked to have that in writing and his response was (you have my word) and extended his hand. From that point I knew that we were dealing with a company that had integrity. BTW they were finished 2 days early!

From the first day to the last they conducted themselves in a professional manor and I have to say that ten years later our pool is still a master piece. Anyone can build you a pool that will look good and blow your mind upon completion but not everyone can do it so that a decade later still people arrive at our home and stand there speechless just looking at our yard. I would be happy to let anyone come and see what kind of condition my pool is in after ten years of use and once you see it you will be asking where to sign. jdd1963@hotmail.com

OH I forgot ...... They over estimated on the amount of stone that was going to be used and gave us a refund after the job had been paid for in full! Now that goes a long way with me.
