We removed a number of 1980's intercoms, old ceiling fixtures, and a built-in countertop, that resulted in 10+ holes in wall and ceiling drywall that needed patching. A few drywall specialists did not return phones calls, as I suppose the job was not big enough. I was happy to read on HomeStars that drywall repair was something that Odd Job could help us with.
I dealt with very efficient Kelly through email, and the scope of the project was understood and the dates booked at my convenience. On the morning of the appointment, Kelly called to say Jessica was on her way, on time.
Jessica was terrific! She was diligent, fastidious and above all skilled at drywall repair! She worked all day and didn't stop for a break. The job was over 4 levels of our home and so she was moving all day. As previously agreed, she would return 2 days later to sand. We were quite concerned the sanding process would leave our home full of dust. Jessica's sanding technique was such that dust was minimal, and accomplished quickly.
The cost was reasonable for the time, effort and expertise involved. I am already starting a list of other projects for Odd Job.
