I'd had 2 appliances dropped off by a big box store, and arranged for Jason to later install both. He was on time, got right to it, and finished efficiently. Would definitely recommend, and would call Jason again if I need installation or repair.

We recommend The Roof Technician unreservedly. Ilir responded to our online inquiry about a roof leak immediately, and visited/inspected our home that same day. He located the problem, and noticed other areas of concern to be addressed (that had been overlooked in the recent work by another roofing company.) The estimate provided to us was reasonable and detailed. The scheduled job was on time, completed within a day with photos to show, and clean up was outstanding. Ilir and his team were superb in every way. This company is proud of the work they do, and we are happy to share our positive experience.

They carefully assess the nature of the problem and then give you a fair and accurate estimate of how to fix it. They also spot things — real issues that should be addressed at some point — that you did not know about. 3. Their communication and workmanship is superb. We highly recommend this company.

We removed a number of 1980's intercoms, old ceiling fixtures, and a built-in countertop, that resulted in 10+ holes in wall and ceiling drywall that needed patching. A few drywall specialists did not return phones calls, as I suppose the job was not big enough. I was happy to read on HomeStars that drywall repair was something that Odd Job could help us with. I dealt with very efficient Kelly through email, and the scope of the project was understood and the dates booked at my convenience. On the morning of the appointment, Kelly called to say Jessica was on her way, on time. Jessica was terrific! She was diligent, fastidious and above all skilled at drywall repair! She worked all day and didn't stop for a break. The job was over 4 levels of our home and so she was moving all day. As previously agreed, she would return 2 days later to sand. We were quite concerned the sanding process would leave our home full of dust. Jessica's sanding technique was such that dust was minimal, and accomplished quickly. The cost was reasonable for the time, effort and expertise involved. I am already starting a list of other projects for Odd Job.

Following a dryer repair service call for no heat, we learned our venting situation was both dangerous and in violation of more than one safety code -- for 10+ years! We were lucky not to have had a fire, and lucky too to find Dryer Vent Wizard through an Internet search and HomeStars. Our 2nd floor dryer vent had a dubious and ad hoc path to the outdoor exhaust. Tyler Johnson and his assistant worked from the laundry room to the exterior second floor on one of the coldest days of the year. Tyler pinpointed the problems in the existing venting set-up, came up with an expert corrective plan and executed a resolution that brings us such piece of mind. His work was explained and photographed. There was no mess and the work was completed quickly with great attention to detail. Tyler Johnson is a personable professional who takes justifiable pride in his work.

We found Spring Home on Homestars after previous successful search outcomes for other home services. Cy Goh came to our home to discuss air conditioning options the same day we called, and provided the estimate soon after. Cy is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. The new unit was installed by competent technicians on our schedule, with follow-up phone/email contact by Cy. While we don't expect any issues, the warranty provided is reassuring. We would recommend Spring Home without hesitation.
