I was very happy with how Mykola was able to explain the advantages of a metal roof and why the metal roof from ZIM was better than other metal roofs.
The cost was also very competitive as compared to other roofing companies. The work was started very promptly and was completed within a couple of days. The installation was completed back in August 2013.
My only minor issue was that a small portion of the excess wood and scrap shingles from my old roof were left under the metal roof, so I'm not sure if that will cause any issues with mold build-up or with the overall ventilation.
Overall, I'm happy with the workmanship and the roof looks great.
