Raj was terrific to deal with. He prepared the glass shower enclosure on both my bathrooms and I was stunned at how great they look. They totally make the room. Raj was professional and courteous. I would recommend the company again.

There is no after sale service of this company. They got unprofessional installers, who installed a front door with issues and were not able to fix, the door is not even installed straight and wrong measurements were taken as door had couple of inches gap on both sides. I have been getting cold drafts from multiple places that I can feel from two feet away, My hallway is cold and furnace fan runs often, what a waste of money. They will not reply to my text messages, or return my calls to resolve the issue. Funny when it says for other bad reviews that they take customer service seriously, they absolutely do not. Don't waste your money and go with a reputable company.

The lady manager has bad attitude towards clients; when we came in she spoke nice and we gave her measurements; when we received the goods all were wrong; came back to her and she started shouting and claiming that she does not take any papers from clients and refused to admit her mistake; very rude in dealing with people.

These guys are great at what they do. I am a contractor and I use Aetna glass on every job I do. Raj and the team have never let me down. Customer service is excellent as well.

The neighbor's teenage son put a hockey puck through our basement window a couple of days ago. Brought the window to Aetna (which was close to my work) during my lunch hour. Regular turnaround time would have been two days. That didn't work for me so he agreed to have it ready the next day. Picked the window up today and it was ready to go. I didn't really compare prices but it wasn't all that expensive. My only criticism would be that he didn't even wipe down the window and clean it. Anyways, no real complaints. Friendly service. Would use them again.
