Bad attitude and wrong measures always
The lady manager has bad attitude towards clients; when we came in she spoke nice and we gave her measurements; when we received the goods all were wrong; came back to her and she started shouting and claiming that she does not take any papers from clients and refused to admit her mistake; very rude in dealing with people.

You should also have mentioned that the measurements you brought in the first time were altogether different from what you had when you brought the glass back which means glass people cut the glass for the size you requested.
Moreover we also gave you the money back 100% just for your satisfaction and refused to make you another glass because of your husband's behavior with my female manager.
Your husband doesn't have a sense of talking to females & I've my other employee a witness to that who was working inside the shop when your husband was yelling.
we also installed glass in your kitchen doors free of charge if you remember
