Designer could not provide professional advice to me and could not clearly explain the options detail to me . The typical example is some of the cabinets bottom would not be pained and the light balance cannot cover the area and people can view the cabinets bottom are not pained. The designer should advise me to pick the wider valance to block the cabinet bottom. I have lodged a complaint to it and I got a disappointing reply that nothing they can do.

Kitchen Pro was a pleasure to work with, from the design process to installation. Emily, the designer, has an interior design background and a lot of experience to boot, so she had a lot of insights and knew things about the building inspection that even our contractor didn't know! We have been using our kitchen for over a month now and could not be more pleased. We did have one hiccup with the pricing, as we thought we had spoken about something multiple times and then later were told it would cost extra. So my only advice is for people to get everything in writing and not make assumptions, but regardless, it did not dampen our experience. The cost was still very competitive and the quality excellent. Thank you to Selina, Emily, Victor, and the installers. We are very happy.

We first contracted Kitchen Pro for a major kitchen renovation job some 8 years ago. Impressed by the job well done, we hired them back to finish up the basement in our newly constructed King City home. Kitchen Pro renovated our kitchen several years ago and did a stunning job. We have a small kitchen and I wanted an island. Emily, the designer, came to our house (very shortly after my call) and my husband was convinced that there was not enough room in our small kitchen for an island. Was he ever surprised when Emily said that there was enough room. We chose a design that suited us best. We had so many choices of finishes and styling and we took our time. We were not hurried. Kitchen Pro did a fantastic job designing and installing our custom kitchen. The experience we had working with Joe and Selina at the Richmond Hill location was very friendly, professional and pleasant. From start to finish, Joe took every measurement, was very patient throughout the process and satisfied every need we had along the way to ensure we were happy. Exceptional job by the installers, who covered up floors as well as cleaned up after completion. They even came back to fix the island as the initial cut out was not right for the Microwave. Very pleased with the overall process and can’t wait to show it off to family and friends. We highly recommend kitchen Pro and will definitely use them for future renovations!
