We have been customers of Service Experts for 30 years, since we first moved into what was then a new home. They have changed names over the years, but they have always been excellent. Sales and service are both top notch. We trust their advice. When we faced a crisis (furnace failing on a cold winter way), they responded quickly and helpfully. We have maintained a service plan with them over the years. It is great to have peace of mind with regard to our HVAC.

The work was completed very professionally and efficiently. The crawl space was not very large to work in, but the team was able to easily complete the install.

I waited all day for the service experts to arrive. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn't fix the problem. It was going to cost me $ at least $400 to complete the leak search. I wanted this fixed today and I wouldn't have bothered having them come over as I already new what the problem was. Now I am + $100. 00 in the hole for nothing. I bought this house in the fall and the a/c is from 2008... it worked in September. I would be happy to have this fixed but to tell me I need a new a/c doesn't seem like a reasonable solution. What a waste of a Saturday.

Toby was very informative on our first meeting and insured that the unit would be the right fit for our home. Al, Eric & Derek were all friendly and had the unit installed in no time. They were all good about putting up with my noisy dogs.

The Service Expert Team: Al,Eric, and Derek people came in and started right away. They performed each of their tasks very quietly with excellent efficiency. A red carpet was put down making sure that everything remained clean. We found them to be very knowledgeable, answering all the questions we asked. Eric demonstrated a very friendly courteous manner when helping us to understand the new thermostat by offering a demo on its function. Overall it was an easy installation done with great expertise and pride.

The installers, Al, Rick, Eric, Derek and Terry were friendly, efficient and worked well together to remove our old furnace and air conditioner and put in the new. Terry came back the next week to check a few things for us and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were satisfied. Appreciate the work and communication from the entire staff we interacted with.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Darren, the Sales Consultant. He took the time to explain all the details and benefits of upgrading my old system with a high quality state-of-the-art system. The installation crew of Al, Derek, Eric and Rick were punctual, courteous and extremely efficient in replacing the furnace and A/C units in a record time. This included personal time taken to ensure I understood every portion of the installation and how it functioned. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone who requires this service.
