We had Darren come to our home in April 2015 as we were interested in buying an new air conditioner. We finally got around to calling him back today (22 Mar 2016). He showed all our options. We made our decision which one to buy and he then checked to see if there were any other rebates possible. Happily for us there was. Totally impressed with his professionalism and patience. Would highly recommend Service Experts.

We had new Lennox Furnace and Duct Work completed in our home buy three technicans- Al, Rick and Derek last week. These three gentleman who were very courteous, professional and and very thorough took time to explain to us everything that they were going to do or that they had completed. Thank you so much! We had a full system replaced last year with a new Lennox Heat pump, electric furnace and humidifier and air cleaner & I-comfort thermostat. We had some concerns about how the system operated and any of the problems that occurred were corrected in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with Marilia at their office in setting up our appointments, and the technician Terry was very professional and that he has offered a lot of patience. We have been using them for many years, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had the furnace and A/C replaced February 2015. They were fast and efficient. The installation was well done and the system works excellently. I just had the filter system replaced by Al and he got the job done professionally. Well done Service Experts!

Service Experts came when they said they would and did a great job. They were friendly , careful of existing floors etc. The contractor they had to remove old oil tank and piping was on time and did a good,clean job also. Over all: excellent job and I am very Happy.

Very professional installation. Al, Derek and Eric were all very good at what they do, very efficient, courteous and a had a good sense of humour to boot . I would recommend Service Experts to anyone I know.

Dan arrived on time, was polite, serviced my appliances and found nothing amiss.

Serve experts called to schedule the appointment and mistakenly booked it for family day. They called the week before to reschedule and came that afternoon. The gentleman covered his outdoor footwear and went to work on furnace. He is organized and efficient and thorough with both heating equipment.

He was appropriately sociable, professional and very helpful in suggestions options when using my fireplace.

He protected my flooring when cleaning both heating systems.

So, job well done and employee is knowledgeable and helpful
