Very bad service and customer service. My kids would set the alarm off sometimes they would call 20 Min later or sometimes not at all! Either way my family would be dead if it was a real alarm. Trust me and do not go with united !

As we meet all ULC standard it is unheard of that an active alarm that has not been disarmed take long to respond to.
