Builders

This builder is okay to work with, their staffs are very helpful and service calls were response very quickly. Only make sure you put all your requirement and changes on writing before signing.

Builders

We built with this builder and found their upgrade and extra charges very unreasonable. Before we signed, they agreed on many details, but they didn't add it to the contract, so after we started building they denied all that was agreed and promised to us. They also are not very nice, they didn't include the stairs for the deck to the backyard, so they told us to jump. As to add the 3 steps it was extra.
