Basement Waterproofing Done Right
We contacted a few companies for quotes on waterproofing the leaky basement of our 100 year old house. Most companies came and gave a quick assessment. Nico spent about an hour with us determining where the water was getting in, where there were further vulnerabilities and how the problems could be addressed. The price of the work was fair and it was able to be scheduled sooner than other companies could offer.
The workers were on time, polite, professional and thorough. They explained each step of the water proofing process and the quality of the work was impressive. They were able to complete the waterproofing in 3 days and cleaned up the laneway, removing all remains of construction.
