All Weather Furnace Cleaning

Purchased furnace cleaning in November 2017 through Groupon. Spent several days of attempting to contact All Furnace to book the cleaning, but no one would ever answer the phone and their mailbox was always full. Finally get someone to answer the phone days later, and their first availability is February 2018. Reluctantly agree to this as I have no other options. So months go by, and my scheduled cleaning day finally arrives. An hour before they should arrive, I receive a phone call informing me they will not be coming as they are behind schedule do to the weather. I tell them that is unacceptable as I've already waited months for their service and I wanted the furnace cleaned during the winter, when it's actually used. Their representative proceeds to tell me it's fine, and that it doesn't matter when the furnace is cleaned, as long as it's cleaned. They then say they will call me later in the day to reschedule, as they need to work a few things out yet. Two days have went by, I have received no call back and can't get ahold of anyone as they don't answer the phone, and their mailbox is again, full.

What an absolute joke of a company. Steer clear if you care anything about customer service and actually having the work completed anytime close to when you purchase it. If you just want the cheapest, don't care about customer service and don't need it for half a year this might be your company.

And one last thing, what type of company, in Edmonton, isn't prepared to have their equipment work efficiently through the winter at -20 temperatures. That was the excuse they gave me for being behind.

We took advantage of a Group on and had All Weather Furnace Cleaning come to our house in February. Very good communication, excellent service - very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Greg and John were very personable and I believe did a thorough job --- doing some things that other cleaners did not do: cleaning the cold air vents and cleaning the A/C coil of dust and debris.
I would use All Weather again and ask specifically for this team.

Terrible!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Ruined all our freshly painted walls and baseboards by dragging hose against them. Told us they made a "small" mess in our kid's playroom but had cleaned up most of it. It honestly took us two hours to clean their mess...metal shavings, wood shavings and screws (?)! Please NEVER make our mistake.

Great experience. Were exactly on time and did an exclent job. Very clean and considerate workers. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I didnt except such good work from using a Groupon but I will definitely be using this company again

The company called to confirm my appointment a day before and showed up on time for the appointment. They were very friendly and professional. I was concerned about my floor getting all dirty from all the hoses they were bringing in, before I could even say anything, they had laid out blankets to protect the floor. I was very amazed with work, and who knew I has dead mice in my ducts. (something I don't plan on seeing again) ewww. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Give them a try.

This was a $79 Groupon deal for 10 vents, furnace, and dryer, plus hot water tank, plus an extra $10 per vent(3). They would also replace furnace filter which they never did and it took under 20 minutes to clean a 1216 sqft modular home?! I couldn't follow them around fast enough to watch what they were doing, if anything! I even checked the vents after and looked just as dirty as they did before with "no" hose markings going inside the vent. They said they cleaned the dryer vent on the outside of the house, which they never did as I could tell with no foot prints or hose marks on the "wet" grass, plus the vent is under the structure. They never cleaned the hot water tank, claims because it's electric they can't, uses natural gas to my eyes. They just seemed like in a big hurry to get the job done(if you call it that)and get out! This deal is a sham! I paid $110 for these clowns to pretend to do their job, what a joke! DO NOT use this Company or deal, consider yourself warned!! I can't believe you people gave a high rating to this comedy show, you must be family or hired by them!

Made 3 appts before they showed up, they ruined my dryer vent and never connected it and the cleaning was terrible, did not replace vents properly I would never use again

got the groupon deal. the guys were friendly, quick and professional. no complaints. they showed up according to schedule and nothing was out of the ordinary. i have no hesitation recommending these guys.
