Our gas oven stopped working and I turned to Homestars to find a repairman. From the moment Altiar answered my call, I knew I made the right choice. He was pleasant and knowledgeable on the telephone. He called when he was on his way to our home - thoughtful!
When he arrived, he recalled having been to our home to service our washer two years earlier! I felt horrible that I didn't remember Altiar was the one who fixed the washer, but coincidentally, when our neighbour's washer broke down yesterday, I told him about this great guy who fixed ours a couple of years earlier. I said I'd look up his info if he wanted it, and then...who showed up at our home today , it was Altiar again, two years later, and he quickly fixed our oven. By the way, the old washer he fixed two years ago still works like a charm.
