We had a mold problem in our "cold room" in the basement. My wife was actually quite upset by it and a call to The Mold Guy helped alleviate her concerns.
They came to assess the situation a couple of days later and we booked them for the job. They were to come about 2 weeks later to do the work.
The morning of the job I received a phone call that 2 employees had called in sick and I was asked whether the job could be rescheduled as they were short-staffed. I explained that I had taken the day off work to be there and could not take another day. I was told to give them half an hour to see what they could do. 30 minutes later I received a call that they had 2 other guys on the way to my house.
The 2 gentlemen did a good job. They were polite and professional. Unfortuately during the course of their work one of the lights in the cold room (the line) got damaged. When I explained what happened, someone was there the next morning to not only repair it but add an extra light fixture at no charge.
I judge a company on not being "perfect" but in being able to properly address any concern or problem that may arise. The Mold Guy did this with flying colours and I could not recommend them more.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The only thing I could think of is hiring more staff so that the wait isn't as long. But, I imagine finding "good people" is not easy and I would rather wait an extra week to have it done right.

- Don't wait if you notice any signs of mold.
