We had a leak in the basement due to a crack in the foundation (thankfully it was the unfinished furnace room). The high ratings for MMT are well deserved. A no rushed review/assessment of the problem and possible solutions. The work itself was done professionally and quickly. They provided pics of each step and put everything back exactly the way it was. If you have a crack in your foundation that is causing water to get into your home, these are your guys!

We had a mold problem in our "cold room" in the basement. My wife was actually quite upset by it and a call to The Mold Guy helped alleviate her concerns. They came to assess the situation a couple of days later and we booked them for the job. They were to come about 2 weeks later to do the work. The morning of the job I received a phone call that 2 employees had called in sick and I was asked whether the job could be rescheduled as they were short-staffed. I explained that I had taken the day off work to be there and could not take another day. I was told to give them half an hour to see what they could do. 30 minutes later I received a call that they had 2 other guys on the way to my house. The 2 gentlemen did a good job. They were polite and professional. Unfortuately during the course of their work one of the lights in the cold room (the line) got damaged. When I explained what happened, someone was there the next morning to not only repair it but add an extra light fixture at no charge. I judge a company on not being "perfect" but in being able to properly address any concern or problem that may arise. The Mold Guy did this with flying colours and I could not recommend them more.
