I had a problem with mold in my bathroom. The mold guy company sent me a very good crew to deal with it. They were professionals, took care of not damaging anything around the bathroom. They were accommodating and clean. I was very satisfied with their work and I recommend them.

We noticed mold in one area of an apartment and wanted to find out how serious it was. The Mold Guy provided excellent service. They called back right away, then explained how the process would work. We had a professional assessment early on the next business day which set everyone's mind at ease. The Mold Guy reps gave us practical advice and didn't try to sell us an expensive remediation job, just what was needed in our situation. A positive experience in all respects.

Mold Guys was a pleasure to deal with, they were quick to respond, no hassle with regards to pricing, and was able to schedule in the work within the week. I noticed some mold in the attic and reached out to a few different companies. Mold guys was able to provide a quote over the phone and start the work almost immediately - of course, the downside is that their focus would only be mold remediation and not to repair anything in the attic - this was fine with me. The team showed up early in the morning, but were extremely respectful that my daughter was still sleeping and tried to work quietly. They were in and out, shared their assessment of what could be done to help improve ventilation, and also were able to share photos of before and after their work with me.

In under 30 hours from my call, they visited my home, performed the test, and had the lab results ready.

The admin was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the tech was a great guy. Even though Mold didnt end up being my issue, he gave me other things to investigate.

These folks made having mold in the attic as positive an experience as we might have hoped for. An exemplary experience from start to finish. For piece of mind I desired to have my basement's air quality tested. After reading the stellar reviews, I decide to reach out and was answered by Kay who is a very gregarious, effervescent and engaging personality. She addressed all my questions with aplomb and to my surprise was able to have a test later that day!
