Prior to listing our home for sale in the Mt. Pleasant/Lawrence area we hired Mike and his team to update it to make it more attractive, and profitable, for sale. New hardwood floors, new tile floor in the kitchen, crown molding, a new front porch, painting, and some upgrades in the bathroom helped us increase our asking price by over $80,000 - and the house sold the first day it was on the market.

Our initial contractor did not create a proper sub-floor so we had to bring Mike and his crew to redo our kitchen floor. The floor is now sturdy and the tile layout looks awesome! We also had them tile the basement bathroom floor and instal glass tile in the shower. Attention to detail is outstanding. They were always on time, did what they said they would do. Beautiful work... done on time and on budget!

I had viewed past projects by this company and was impressed with their work. After considering a few options, I decided to ask ETC to have my basement (circa 1970) demolished and built up again.

Mike and his team tore down what was left me by the previous owner, and then built me a dream bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and an cozy family area. I liked the work so much that I then asked for a new backyard patio and fence (so I guess you can say I was my own referral!)

I would highly recommend E.T.C. for the quality, the price and the professionalism.
