Nick is thoroughly professional and values customer satisfaction above all else. He and his crew's workmanship is superb and he cuts no corners. For this complete rebuild of the basement suite, Nick took charge of all aspects. The many tradespeople he hired were as conscientious as Nick. I expected cost overruns on a reno like this. Nick always let me know in advance and always provided appropriate alternatives so that I could manage the costs within my budget.
