Amin and his assistant showed up early within the window of time they gave me. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what it would take to fix the burners and what the expense would be. Amin even explained why it would be worth it to fix this older appliance instead of going right to a new one. I appreciated that. They quickly and efficiently fixed the burner and connector that weren't working and now my stovetop is up and running again! They were done within 40 minutes and I can carry on with my day! I appreciate the work that was done, and especially the honesty surrounding all aspects of the repair.

Needed help with my upright freezer as the drain kept freezing over. Newtech Appliance showed up on time as scheduled, got right at the problem and corrected it as fast and efficiently as possible. Also helped with my oven door that had cleaning fluid run down the window. Took apart and cleaned while they were here. Good Job. No Problems.

Called to have my dryer fixed. Within an hour I was using my dryer again. Prices of parts given to me prior to installation. They were courteous and tidy, also gave me hints on how to avoid the problem in the future.

I have an 11 year old dishwasher which was leaking at the base. Dishes on top rack did not come out clean. I talked to Amin day before he came out promptly next day at agreed time.
He asked only that I text model number of appliance, general problem, and said he would be out next day. I was skeptical about putting money into older appliance, and asked him by text if it was worth it. He answered that I would have to pay the fee for him to call, but he would diagnose, and let me decide.
He signed off text back with " I can fix it".
He showed up with his assistant, and did diagnose the problem after examining everything carefully.
Resealing a crack in the base on inside did it.
He advised me how to avoid a recurrence. ( Washer was run too hot with Heat/Dry function, and using Hi Temp wash also unnecessary. )
Next was the clogging of filter ( which was not designed to clog, but did).
Taking things apart to access the problem area and cleaning
thoroughly with industrial vac solved that problem, too.
After the sealant cured, good to go next day.
Will likely get a few more years out of our dishwasher.

Had Rohit from newtech fix my oven on a Sunday in march. He did an awesome job and it was done very professionally.He was a polite young man and very knowledgable..I would recommend this company to anyone.

Finally an appliance technician you can trust. Our Kenmore dishwasher was making loud grinding noises and thought it would be easier and probably cheaper to just go out and buy a new one rather than trying to find a tech to fix it. Have found that unless your appliance is still under warranty you could be throwing money down the drain as we have done in the past with our washer and dryer. After about a week of trying to ignore the problem my son found Newtech Appliance Repair on goggle and I decided to take a leap of faith and make the call. I am so happy I did. Amin and his partner were very fast and efficient. Not only did they fix the problem but also gave great advice on how to extend the life of our machine. Newtech will now be the only technician repair company I will ever call. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing and timely service - and on weekends. We seem to have an issue with emptying pockets and end up clogging the pump. This time was with coins and several unused dog poop bags! I expect if we keep this up we will end up burning out that pump. Until then - we know Amin will continue to show up and unclog that pump.

Recently called Newtech to take a look at a leaking washing machine in a rental property. Technician did a thorough diagnosis and confirmed it was just a loose hose. Charge was just for the diagnosis, but he did reassure us he would come back if that didn't fix it.

Rohit was great, showed up promptly and provided great service. Fixed bit my dryer and dishwasher. Didn't try to up sale us and repairs were done quickly and to our satisfaction. I'd highly recommend this company and Rohit in particular to anyone I know.
