For this particular project Rapid Response cleaned the vents and sprayed a lime smelling product to extinguish the smell of smoke. Our new tenants are pleased with the result. I contacted Rapid Response today after my furnace blower went at 11 pm last night. They were at my house within two hours and found a new blower motor for my furnace and installed it. The price was more than fair and the serviceman was unbelievably good. I know who my first call will be from now on when I need heating or HVAC work done. This company went above and beyond, I breed dogs and had no heat in the kennel, he made sure that i had heat that very day, two trips into the city he was not going to see the dogs without heat a moment longer then required. On November 28 we had Rapid Response Heating come out at 2 am to repair our AireFlow furnace. The technician arrived at my home within 45 minutes and answered the problem. Great!

I had my ducts cleaned by another company in Calgary who had pressured me to replace my 10 year old furnace, saying that it was old and dangerous.

I called Rapid Response to have an inspection & maintenance done on my furnace and the technician advised that my furnace was still in perfect condition - just needed to be cleaned. The honesty was appreciated and I would gladly recommend to anyone!
