Keith was excellent with my inspection. I purchased a home with an inspection condition. Keith went through every nook and cranny and explained everything to me while doing it. He has a friendly attitude and made sure I understood everything he was doing. His report was professionally done and detailed everything in an easy to read document. !00% would reccomend!

Home Performance/Building Insight came in to do our initial assessment and make recommendations for improvements we could make to our home to reduce energy consumption. We made a number of improvements and had them return for a follow-up assessment.
The test went very smoothly and as many of improvements as possible were incorporated into the assessment to ensure we received the maximum grant available to us.
We were quite happy with their flexibility in scheduling and in testing as our house is quite unusual and required some creativity!

Needed a pre/post electrical evaluation at home to qualify for the BC Hydro rebate program. Luke helped us with our inspection. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, an excellent company to work with. Haven't had an issue with our electrical since.

Initial review was great. Knowledgeable, personable, thorough. Follow up review -- one cancellation, one no-show without a call. It's now a week past the first cancellation. Maybe someone died. But phone call to company got no response. HELP. How do we get our rebates if we can't get a second review? VERY VERY frustrating since I don't see another company out there. I am going to check around this week. Very unprofessional.

We moved into a new place a need a inspector for the rebate program that the government has. I found this company and they sent an inspector who did a really good job, explained everything that I need to know about the program and gave me recommendations i how to improve the Energy of consumption of energy at our place..
