Home Performance/Building Insight came in to do our initial assessment and make recommendations for improvements we could make to our home to reduce energy consumption. We made a number of improvements and had them return for a follow-up assessment.
The test went very smoothly and as many of improvements as possible were incorporated into the assessment to ensure we received the maximum grant available to us.
We were quite happy with their flexibility in scheduling and in testing as our house is quite unusual and required some creativity!
