I'll be brief because this company is not worth my time:
At pickup
1. Showed up 4 hrs late without notice.
2. Broke goods upon 5 mins of arrival due to carelessness.
3. Hidden costs charged to pack boxes into boxes (40$/box) because they said my boxes were too small. Never notified of minimum size.
4. Did not have enough room to bring bed and dresser. Had to leave behind.
At delivery
1. Would not start to unload until full amount was paid (25c was missing from my paiement). I advised them I would go get change at corner store but they did not even want to start unloading.
2. Approx 1000$ of damage on 1500$ move. Chairs scratched, dent in freezer, broken lamps and dishes, sheared desk, etc.
3. Company hard to reach in order to obtain explanation for damage.

I do not understand how this company obtained positive reviews. Probably themselves falsifying a review.

I hope this guides anybody willing to do business with them.

I moved with this company twice. They were professional, answered all of my questions and concerns, sent me a quote via email immediately and made the moving process so easy. They have a price match guarantee and were extremely reliable. I had some odds and ends that needed to be packed last minute, they were prepared with packing tape, boxes and tools to help with the larger items I couldn't pack myself.

This company is good if you have tight budget. I moved with them from Toronto to Leduc,AB. They did my pick up and delivery on time.
I'm very happy their charges and their services. They have excellent crew in Edmonton,AB. I want to thanks to them for being honest and kept their all promises.

That old saying if something sounds to be good to be true, it this this company.... they started well, but tanked every other step of the way... and nothing is there fault... always the customers... broken pieces, can't find parts of the move, can't operate mapquest!!!... this was the worst move I have ever done, I should have sent airline tickets to friends, rented a truck and moved myself, it would have been cheaper, and less hassle... because at least I would have know things would have been delivered when promised, the date it was promised and not damaged.. then to be offered an insult of money to close the claim... excepted because I was so tired of dealing with this lack of customer service and rudeness every time we made contact... and I expect that they are not actually looking for the items that they didn't deliver.. I hope they enjoy my wedding china!!! .. STAY FAR WAY FROM THIS COMPANY ...

Terrible experience. They were very accomodating at the outset and gave us a good rate and 6 weeks free storage. Showed up a little early even. We paid for extra storage as well. They like to charge for extra packing when they pick up but they obviously do a poor job of packing. They do not take care in how they handle good quality furniture. They said that the items they packed would be covered if damaged and just about all the damage is what they packed!! Lots of damage. Gouges in solid wood furniture, broken mirrors and frames, crushed furniture, missing items also. They were late with the delivery and showed up short handed and asked us to get people to help. We had to help unload. There is over $3500 in damages to repair woodwork and replace some items. They asked for pictures of damage and made us wait 4 weeks and then said we didn't buy extra insurance but they would give us $350 I would never use them again and neither will anyone I know that is moving.

I booked their service on Oct 3, because I was planning moving from Edmonton to Kelowna before Oct 7. I was told they can pick up on Oct 6 and drop off on Oct 11. When I try to confirm it, they said maybe Oct 13. I told them Oct 13 is still ok, but can't be later than that. Because I just bought a new house, and the closing date is Oct 7. In addition, my husband would be away for a month after Oct 16. No one help me assemble the furniture. What I worried happened. on Oct 12, I called and asked when my furniture can arrive. I was told it is supposed to be there on 17 because they can not control the truck. I can not accept it. Then I received a call from their manager and he told me their truck had a mechanical problem and it was already in Vancouver. when I asked him what I should do since my husband has no time left to assemble. It was so ridiculous that the manager asked me to get help from my neighbor or hire someone to do that. On Oct 14, there is a lady named Nicole called me to make a payment for delivery. The total comes to $3978.45. I was promised to take a look when they scale. They can not just tell me a number and let me pay. The Nicole was so rude and said no payment no delivery. From the reviews online I later knew she always deals with complaints, someone without strong heart can not do that kind of job. She told me their truck left Edmonton on Oct 11. Actually when I checked with the driver on Oct 16, the moving guys said they just left Edmonton Oct 15. They do the delivery once every two weeks. That is to say neither the manager nor the Nicole tell the truth. When I asked the driver to show me the scale ticket, I don't know where the weight 8800 lb comes from. The truck's weight is 9260 lb and 16280 lb with my furniture. The number should be 7020 lb. They delayed the delivery and overcharged me $400. I never expected them get it solved. The reason why I want to speak out is that I want to let everyone see the review and stay away from the cheap company. They don't care how their custmers feel, the only thing they care is money

They did the full packing for my mother; the owner gave her a discount because he was very touch, and really wants to help her.

Hi I want to say to this moving company, that you are a bunch of fakes. You are all promising when doing a booking and collecting payment they are all happy. But worse moving company ever. I had my things travel from Alberta to Ontario, evrything brand new. A 1 year old. My daughters queen size bed went missing, my office chair went missing. I got other peoples belongings which are mine. My coffee table came broken, My leather sectional all dirty and ripped on one side. A box or 2 missing and my bbq cover came ripped along with the legs of my bbq came broken. Honestly Im a very unhappy
customer with this moving company. It took phone after phone to finally speak with someone. Email after email. They ask me to write up a cliam. But not telling that, I should have bought insurance if i wanted anything covered. Well the "F-ers" of Real wide Movers did not tell me that. And they wash their hands by telling that, they cant do anything. Besides offering 350.00$ My sofa alone is 2000$ not including the queen size bed that went missing and all the demages. And I believe they charge you an arm in a leg to move you. Honestly if you want peace of mind it's best that you do the packing and moving yourself with uhual. They have a these things called UBoxes you pack them up an dthey ship them to where ever you are moving. Let me tell you, your things dont go missing and everything arrives to you perfectly. So please people aviod this company they are fake to thier words. 350$ does not even buy my daughters queen size bed Real Canada Wide Movers Service Inc. I hope you are ashamed of the bad reviews you guys get. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL!!!
