The concrete walkway at the side of our house was cracking badly and we were starting to have some water infiltration. In late fall, we called three companies for quotes, and Mike Scott gave us the best estimate, while his plan for fixing the problem was the one that made the most sense.

We decided to get some more work done than we had originally told him, and he was able to adjust his written quote on the spot and give us a detailed contract and price. Mike's crew was at our house soon after, and it took less than two weeks to get everything done, which included a lot of removal of old concrete. Mike was on site almost every day to supervise, and kept in constant contact with us to keep us updated. We really like his solution of installing a french drain at the back to direct the water into, away from the house - and the new concrete walkway looks amazing. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, we were confident that the work was high quality and are very satisfied with the result. I would recommend hiring Mike Scott in a heartbeat!
