Cancelled at the last minute and defrauded me of some of my money
After scheduling the pick-up and drop-off for the boxes, Andrew said he needed to push the drop-off date back a day due to a problem with one of his trucks. When he re-confirmed, he sent me conflicting information (the email and attached PDF did not have matching pick-up and drop-off locations). On the rescheduled drop-off date, he went to the pick-up location instead, and said that it was my fault for mixing up the two locations-- even though his confirmation email contained conflicting information. He then terminated our agreement, leaving me in the lurch to find alternative packing arrangements. Worse of all, he only gave me a partial refund because the mix-up was "my fault".
Regardless of whose fault the confusion was, there is no justification for keeping my money after he decided to terminate our contract. This is theft.

Dear reader: unfortunately this review is both inaccurate and a complete misrepresentation of the facts....it has been flagged to HomeStars for removal. As I cannot control what someone with an axe to grind writes on the internet, I will take the high road: please note the other 362 customer reviews we have amassed over 4 years and thousands of rental moving box deliveries and pick ups.
