I contacted Rick at AC Appliance based on the great reviews here on HomeStars as our fridge had stopped working, and it was beyond anything we could figure out ourselves. He was quick and professional and pricing was very reasonable. I will certainly contact him for all future repairs and won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else in need of appliance repair.

My fridge stopped cooling and my appliance guy told me it can be two things but he is not sure which one is the problem. He melted ice and left. Fridge was working for another 4 weeks and stopped again. After reading positive reviews on Home Stars I called AC Appliance Repair. Rick showed up on time and pinpoint the problem - power supply for heather was not working. No guessing! In 30 minutes faulty board was replaced and issue fixed. I definitely recommend them and will contact them next time I need appliance serviced.

AC Appliance Repair provided fast professional service in installing our new fridge with icemaker and new dishwasher. Our fridge has not been working since Monday. An unreliable, sketchy outfit began the job. I did not proceed with them because of poor service and outrageous spare part cost. Our fridge wasn't cooling for the second time in a month so we called Rick and he spent some time talking me through the situation and asked me lots of necessary questions. He called to let me know he was on his way arrived promptly fixed the fridge talked us through it and was out of there in 30 mins. It was a great experience and they were awesome. We are thankful we found such a good guy to rescue us from another fridge fiasco.

I called Rick and explained my problem. He came the next day exactly when he said he would. He took his time and methodically determined the reason why my washing machine wasn't working and fixed the problem. He was fantastic!! And I would totally recommend him.

I found AC Appliace repair on home stars and Rick came in first time. Very punctual .He thoroughly checked the fridge and before changing any parts told us to defrost the freezer as the ice which had formed might be preventing the ice being made
He took his time and checked everything.At this point only charged for service call.
Still the problem was not solved so Rick came in another day and changed the parts at a very reasonable price.
Our fridge is fixed and Rick has our business for ever.
His service and knowledge is amazing.
His price is very reasonable and I highly recommend him for all appliance repairs.

We were very satisfied with AC's service. He was prompt and punctual and called before he arrived. He did the best he could with our over 20 year old stove. Saved us having to buy a new one. Didn't overcharge and we'd call him again.
