Mike and Venecia were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted for our trim and mouldings, but couldn't find quite what we were looking for in stores, or even a contractor who understood our ideas. As soon as we met Mike and Venecia, we connected with them, and just knew they got our vision. They have an eye for detail and design, combined with incredible skill. During our initial meetings and the time they were working at our house, they were friendly and enthusiastic, respectful and tidy. The final result - our custom trim work - looks fantastic and we've received so many compliments. It is just what we hoped for, and actually even better. There's no doubt we will call upon Millard Bautista Designs again for future carpentry projects.

I am an interior designer and had a client project that entailed a specific wall to wall entertainment custom finish unit to compliment the new refaced fireplace , Mike and Venecia came highly recommended to me . We were able to work together and come up with a Beautiful finished product ... Not only does it look boutique photo ready but it is functionable and suitable for my client's needs for many years to come . The Millards were also amazing at the trim work for all the inside door entries and also did some other minor finishes for my client . We look forward to doing more projects in the very near future . I've been working with Millard Bautista Designs for 6 months now. They did for me 2 glass desks, 1 wine storage unit and 2 tailored wall units for my TVs and TV accessories. I must admit, they are the best. They are very professional, always respect their deadlines, follow up and keep me posted on anything. They are also attentive to details and understand my needs really well. The quality of their work is also just impeccably outstanding! I referred them to a few of my friends already and will continue to use them for new furniture and tailored wall units or closet organizers. I am really impressed!

Mike and Venecia are just sensational - i have met many trades over the years and these two might just be the best we have ever worked with - we were in a real time crunch and after looking into 5-6 millwork companies Mike and Venecia quoted a fair price (it was not the cheapest quote we received but right in the middle) but they committed to doing a job in 2 weeks and they met every single time commitment and the work is absolutely sensational. They showed up on time every time we met, their attention to detail is superb and they are two literally two of the nicest people i have ever met - i would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone - if you are looking for top quality Millwork at a fair price and you want it done beyond your expectation...Millard is definitely the right choice! I should have sent this a month ago since the work was completed mid December but receiving a beautiful Christmas Card today reminded me that i still have not gotten around to posting this review and it is so well deserved to give an A+ Review and a 10/10...literally i would give 11 if it were possible

I hired Millard Carpentry to make a built-in banquette in my small dining room, with storage and a wine rack. They did a fantastic job, all around. They were punctual, neat, detail oriented and on top of that really lovely people.
I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work Mike and Venecia did for me. I had designed my own bookcases/day bed, desk and then needed someone to work out the details and build it. Mike presented visual images which was a huge help to me and we worked on the details amending the design as we saw it:). Mike was great at the detail to make things work and especially when he came to build as he had to deal with a room which nothing it seems was level to it did need custom work to make it level. I so appreciated his diligence to work things out. Venecia was very communicative every step of the way.

We recently had pre-finished kitchen cabinet crown mouldings installed. Mike & Venecia were great to work with from start to finish. Their prices were competitive and they provided quality workmanship. We particularly appreciated how they regularly communicated with us re: estimates and installation dates. They took their time to make sure the job was done right and also cleaned up afterwards. We look forward to hiring them again to install crowns for the rest of our house!
