We had purchased new replacement windows from Heritage Renovations on two separate occasions in the past 3 years. On both occasions we encountered minor issues (1 window ended up cracking after 6 months & the caulking was not to my satisfaction). Heritage Renovations stood behind their product and corrected both concerns to my satisfaction (window was replaced and caulking was replaced with capping/new caulking).
