Love my window! The service from start to end was excellent and done in a very timely manner.

We had purchased new replacement windows from Heritage Renovations on two separate occasions in the past 3 years. On both occasions we encountered minor issues (1 window ended up cracking after 6 months & the caulking was not to my satisfaction). Heritage Renovations stood behind their product and corrected both concerns to my satisfaction (window was replaced and caulking was replaced with capping/new caulking). Thanks for standing behind your product and ensuring that your customers are satisfied with the service.

We're very happy to work with Heritage Renovations again to replace two more windows in our home. This is the third time we've trusted them with our window replacements. From sales to installation, the staff are always friendly, honest, professional and meticulous. Jay listened to our needs, offered options, and provided a quote quickly. Their attention to detail is incredible. We believe their prices are very reasonable for the quality and service provided. The installers are polite and clean. One even gave my husband helpful tips for installing window trim around a basement window they weren't replacing. We highly recommend Heritage Renovations to anyone considering replacing windows and doors.

Don't use this company. They did not care to completely go over the look of the windows and now we are stuck with windows and capping that don't match. Totally disgusted with lack of customer service. Please do your research and use another provider who will sit with you and carefully go over exactly what you want. Trust me.. I learnt the hard way.

Incredible to work with heritage renovations on this home improvement project. My wife and I couldn't be happier and they have the best staff to work with. Everyone was incredibly polite, professional and amazing at what they do.

I will be recommending Heritage to anyone I know looking to do a window or door renovation at their home.

They have a huge selection for Patio Doors, we were so happy with their work. Their communication is great, we feel confident on their ability to do a great job. They are efficient, clean and reasonably priced.
