Replacement of bricks,tuck pointing ,foundation restoration
After receiving a couple of quotes for brick and concrete work on the exterior of our 100 year old house we chose Steve and Mason Restoration to do the work as it was apparent he had lots of experience and gave us the confidence the job would be done professionally. Steve and his son did the job in the time frame he estimated, left the job site clean and tidy and most importantly did a first class job. The front brick work has been restored,broken and cracked bricks replaced with the matching colour and all gaps in the mortar have been filled.
The concrete work at the rear has filled in all the holes and replaces crumbling concrete and bricks where the exterior walls meet the interlocking brick in the yard. The concrete looks great and gives a complete seal to the side and rear of the house. Steve did a few extra things over and beyond his original scope of work at no extra cost, like raising some of the interlocking brick that had sunk down a few inches.
I would highly recommend Steve as not only is his work excellent but he also brings a personal touch that instills confidence. We are planning to have Steve back in new year to do some indoor work and in the spring for some walkway work.
