I had a very dated and painted iron railing with a vinyl wrapped handrail that needed to be removed and replaced. Also, needed a handrail on the 2nd flight of stairs. They got back to me quickly on my email request and provided a quote based on pictures I provided. We visited the showroom and selected finish and product styles within 30 minutes.
They showed up on-time. Workers we very efficient and laid mats on the floor to ensure everything was kept clean. Quickly removed old handrail and went about making and installing the new railing. Measuring, cutting, sanding and staining was done on-site to perfection. They were also able to place the newel post in the hardwood floor for a very clean professional look. The finished product looks great and very safe and secure. Work was completed within the day and clean-up was great. Job well done!
