the guys that came and did the job were friendly and nice, they got the job done in the estimated time line and cost. They cleaned up after themselves and did a follow up within a couple days. I am really satisfied with the Piper Plumbing company and the team.

The crew from Piper Plumbing did an outstanding job on my double furnace install and new power vented Hot water tank. They accommodated my requests to maximize ceiling heights where possible for future development and explained clearly where everything needed to run so we can discuss how to best make it work in the space. They cleaned up after the job and were professional and respectful with a small child in the home. They clearly take pride in their work you can see from the pictures of the job. I am also very happy that they pointed out poorly completed drains and plumbing issues from a previous homeowners renovations. They were able to correct this easily while on site and run to additional outdoor water lines for me in the process. Now I can confidently complete basement development as per my original plan. Work was done n a very timely manner. I live out of town and they kept me apprised of their progress and explained the process and any options along the way. The only fault, was they could have done a better job of replacing the backyard to its former state afterwards. I'm no talking laying any sod etc, just backblading things level and removing broken cement etc.

For a basement renovation of our 1950s bungalow, we used Piper Plumping and were very extremely happy with the work of Doug, Fadi and David. They were professional and easy to work with. The quality of their work was very high, and they put in extra effort to achieve the best results similar to if it was their own home.

While this may not be for everyone, I was pleased to find a contractor that was willing to separate out the jackhammering, concrete and disposal work to do myself saving a bit of money on the project.

Our project consisted of moving the main plumbing stack, adding a backflow valve, moving and re-piping all drains, re-piping all water lines and adding plumbing a manifold, re-piping original natural gas lines and moving the hot water tank.

Due to some water in our basement, we were anxious to get a plumber to install a back water valve. A few years back we had tried to get a plumber to do the job and no one even wanted to come for an estimate. A neighbor mentioned that they had heard good things about Piper Plumbing, so we decided to give them a call.

An appointment was set up for the estimate within 2 days. The quote was provided immediately and the price was reasonable according to what other companies quoted over the phone, some wanted to charge to come for an estimate. Dave indicated they would be able to do the work the following week.

All employees were punctual, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. The nature of this project is very messy but they used drop cloths and kept the rest of our house clean.

This project requires an inspection by the City, and this was coordinated by Dave so the job was completed within 2 days.

We were very satisfied with the work done by this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the assistance of a plumber.

4. Residential experience – this company has worked in houses with homeowners for years and that experience is invaluable. They know how to talk to the average homeowner and explain things in a way that makes sense. They were flexible on the timeline with us as we were doing some of the work ourselves. They understand how to work in tight-on-space 50s bungalows (our situation!) and strive to place their plumbing in the least intrusive way possible so that looks neat and tidy and is easy to finish.
5. Responsive – All of our calls, text, emails were answered right away, they could always schedule us in quickly, they showed up when they said they would.
Having had such a bad experience with a previous plumber, we are so happy we have found Piper Plumbing and will only use them going forward. I highly recommend them.

The job was done efficiently and right inline with the initial quote price. They made sure I as the customer were happy with the job before they left for the day.

We had standing water so there was a bit of urgency in getting the work done. Dave was very responsive in coming to our house, providing a quote and scheduling the work. Work was done very well with minimal damage to one room - the upstairs bathroom. They cleaned up their work well also. Would highly recommend Piper Plumbing.

I have a rental unit and i have had continuous issues with the plumbing. Dumb things like when the dishwasher drained, it could end up in the basement shower. I call plumbers to come and fix the issue and they did nothing but snake the drain and charge me an arm and a leg. finally Piper plumbing came in and fixed the issue, and it came down to a Y joint was installed wrong and sent the water the wrong way. looking at it now it would be obvious to someone who knew about plumbing, apparently i did not higher qualified plumbers before.
my advice is higher a qualified plumber like piper plumbing and know its done right the first time.
