Piper Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Piper Plumbing gave us almost immediate service (as our old water tank had a leak in the supply line).
Our service tech, Joseph, was excellent. He stopped the leak and identified problems with our old water tank - describing in detail why it needed replacing. The tank was replaced the very next day. Joseph also identified some problems with our old venting and re-did the venting at no additional cost. Joseph worked carefully, cleanly and diligently until the tank was replaced and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Piper Plumbing to anyone in the Edmonton area.

I had a lot of water coming from my hot water tank. Piper plumbing was here very fast. They took a look told me the cost and fixed it! I also had a small gas leak from one of the pipes which they took care of free of charge. I'm very impressed with the company and would use again for my plumbing issues.

I have used Piper Plumbing a number of times for various plumbing issues. With the old original plumbing I know I will continue to rely on their expertise! Dave have been so great to work with, he has been so helpful in trying to figure out the best and most cost efficient way to do repairs. Any job that needs to be done has been explained to me before hand and I have been given the exact amount it will cost upfront. No surprise costs no mess left behind , friendly polite people.

I hired them to repair a leaking washing machine. I didn't receive an invoice, or phone call after the work was completed. Then I get a voicemail about a week later telling me they were taking a lien out on my property because I hadn't paid. Holy! So I called and said I had been waiting to get an invoice. They said "What's your email address?" and sent it. There was no information on how to pay on the invoice, as well my address and name were all wrong. I then had to email back to ask how they wanted me to pay, they said credit card, I said great, gave it to them and it was paid - not sure why I was threatened but of course was willing to pay! Quick service, seemed pricey but hopefully was well done (time will tell!) Just a bit confused as to why they were so quick to treat me poorly. Customer service is definitely lacking as well as communication.

Bathroom tub, shower and sink weren’t draining. Called David and he came out the next day to assess the issue. He took the time to explain what and where the problems were, was clear on what needed to be done and had a quote sent to me within hours. Understanding my urgency, David returned with his partner Joseph and rebuilt my draining/venting system in less than three hours. David is clearly experienced with not only plumbing expertise, but customer service also. He educated me and made sure all was understood before proceeding, a very honest approach. I’m thankful they were recommended to me, since honest, efficient, quality services are difficult to find. I definitely recommend Piper Plumbing.

Kitchen sink wasn't draining properly. We called piper plumbing they came next day and the service we received was awesome. Justin was really helpful, really nice he answered all my questions fixed the probably within the hour he was here. I'm very pleased with everything. I would definitely be calling this company again if I run into any other problems

Piper Plumbing took my call late at night and showed up at my door the next morning. Service was good. Price is what it is, but I trust their people.

One of my rentals was hit by basement flooding due to the heavy rains in the last couple months. We finally nailed down the problem was caused by plugged back water valve on the wiping tile system (as this is an old house built in 70s. We decided to install a sum-pump and install a back water valve on the main sewer line.

After called a few plumbers, David turned out to be one we chose, not because he is the cheapest one, but because he came across as a solid guy who will do what he says.

He showed up on time, checked the job site. Told me the time he will get started, how the job will be conducted, and when it will be completed. and his crew and him just did exactly what they said.

Starting on Thursday morning, July 18. The two men crew from his company worked hard, get everything completed in 2 days. There was unexpected issue shown-up during the process. David had handled it in a professional manner which I was impressed.

The job was completed on schedule and the room was left clean. I am pleased with I chose them and will not have problem to recommend them to the others, if you want someone to do accountable and quality work.

I bought a battery back up sump pump from Home Depot and they wouldn't install it and it was way to complicated for me to do. I emailed Piper and they got back to me right away that they could do it. Their service man showed up on time, was courteous, installed the pump and showed me how it worked if the power went off. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants reliable ad fair pricing for services provided.
