New roof

Roofing review in Burlington

Max and his team were amazing. They provided excellent service at a great price. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They even had to change some boards on my roof and only charged for the materials and not labour. When the job was completed (it took them only 5 hours) it looked as if nobody was even here. Clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at getting a new roof. Also, a big thanks to Jim who came over and gave us the estimate. He even went up on our roof and insisted on looking inside our attic as well. He explained the process in great detail. Very thorough. A truly stress free experience.

Roof replacement

Lead around vent

Duct Cleaning review in Burlington

I had a leak in one of the roof vents which caused damage to bathroom ceiling. Twin Peaks was great. Ben responded promptly to my inquiry, even invited me up to the attic to see the problem first hand (which I appreciated). Estimate was clear and fair. Finished the work promptly and upon completion showed me pics of the entire repair proces (whichI greatly appreciated). And when they sent invoice they also included all the pics from repair. They took the mystery out of what was going on up there completely. Would highly recommend.

Thanka Charles, most problems are easy to diagnos, but most people arent willing to dig deep into the attic, especially on a hot day. Alot of roof issues are related to condensation, when there is a hot air release(in the winter) freezing will take place, this rotts the wood (roof deck) over time, which sags the roof and then water starts to fall into the attic. Im glad we were able to fix the issue, we love roofing in the Orchard in Burlington as our office is right down the steet. Very satisfied, efficient, responsive reasonable pricing. Very professional outfit and were able to address unexpected issues arising from an old house within our price point with no drama. Was particularly impressed with post construction clean up. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Hi Thanks for the review, when you think about doing your roof, you need to think about a 3 part system and they all work hand in hand. The "roofing" (shingles, underlayment etc.) shed the precipitation away from entering the house , replacing and opening up the soffits allow cool air to enter the attic and circulate the hot air out the roof vents and the insulation prevents an excess amount of warm air from entering into the attic in the winter ( which causes frost build up on the underside of the roof sheathing). If you fail to have all 3 of these working simultaneously then the roof, roof deck and insulation loose some of their life expectancy. So I'm glad we were able to complete 2 jobs for you, and We always recommend "Eco Home comfort" for your insulation needs so please don't hesitate to call them for an inspection if the insulation hasn't been topped up/replaced in the last 15-20 years
