Just before Christmas Eve, the washer stopped working w/ a "Drain" & "Intake" fault showing in the display. Krishna took all the details (condo, stacked unit, etc) and explained how the service charge would be adjusted if/ when they carried out any repairs w/ parts. I also liked how all info. is clearly given on their website. Due to the holidays, my appointment was on 4th Jan. between 11 & 3. Even though it started working after a week of not using it (I guess whatever moisture/ suds tripped the alarm dried up?), I didn't cancel in case it became a recurring issue. On the day of, Kevin called about 20 mins. before arrival (just as I was told he would) and well within the given time frame. He came fully prepared, was polite, professional and friendly. He took time to carry out a thorough inspection and all checks incl. running a short wash-drain cycle to diagnose no repair was needed. He left written instructions on how to reset certain faults and even gave tips how to prevent them. It was a pleasure to deal with him and it's great to have their company on file for any future needs.
