Our GE Profile fridge stopped keeping food cold in the fridge area - The freezer, was cold but not keeping food frozen.
Ben came very quickly (less than an hour) and was able to determine the cause and repair within 45 minutes. He was very personable and I would highly recommend him for appliance repairs!
