Floriano was on time and explained the process in good detail. Super nice person. He mustve taken his shoes off 20 times to avoid tracking in from the wet front step. The ducts are clean and were happy.

We had our 20 year old electric furnace replaced with a new Trane heat pump system and we couldnt be happier with the system and the Affordable Comfort team! Julia in the office was able to get the install organized and even helped us with the rebate process. The technicians that came to install the system were polite and friendly, explained the process and how to use the new thermostat. Thanks again team!

Nathan a technician from Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling came to my home today to service my gas fireplace. I can't say enough about this young man; he was so very polite, personable, and friendly on top of being very knowledgeable about fireplaces. He was so patient with me as I questioned him and inquired about everything! He taught me a lot about gas fireplaces; I feel so much more knowledgeable and informed now. He did an amazing job carrying out the maintenance and cleaning of the fireplace; it looks like new and works fabulously; it even seems to be giving off more warmth than before.
I will surely be using the services of Affordable Comfort and Heating for my heating and cooling needs going forward.

The team at Affordae comfort is nothing short of great!. It all started with an ac unit that broke down during a heat wave. The first technician came out on a Saturday night at 10 pm and replaced the faulty part. The unit then broke a 2nd time 2 weeks later during another heat wave. What terrible luck...but Affordable was there again as they sent out another service tech who diagnosed a different problem and repaired it too. But given the issues and temporary fixes, it was also clear that the old ac wasn't going to last. So I also had them quote on a new ac unit. The unit was reasonably quoted and priced by Cole with installation and installed a few days after the quote was given.

The point is, Affordable Comfort did a great job servicing the unit, and, when it was time to replace it, offered a great option at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Booking with Affordable was easy with a quick appointment. My fireplace turned out to be a bigger job than either of us expected and the technician was thorough. He kindly explained the problem to me, carefully worked on it, and cleaned the fireplace. I'll gladly call Affordable again.

Lloyd went the extra distance to accurately diagnose our furnace issue & I was impressed by his integrity, competence & reliability. Full confidence in his professionalism.
The companys customer service in terms of their responsiveness & scheduling also is great. I highly recommend them to all.

I have been using this company for about a year now after I had a crappy experience with another company in Barrie.. All the staff I have encountered are so incredibly friendly!! The office staff is amazing, always fit me in or do their best to get me in as soon as they can, anything I need they are my number #1 girls! I wish every company I delt with had a so well put together office like this. So organized. The technicians are all fantastic they all go above and beyond to see thier customers happy and even talk a little less technical so I can understand how the systems work! The owner of the company is so kind and understanding.. I’m absolutely blown away at how this company works and how much they care. Thanks for everything guys!
